We believe this one is all-original (although there's a possibility the nut was replaced), and it features a pair of Super Humbucking "Tarback" pickups with the original CTS pots, Schaller Tune-O-Matic bridge, and TP-6 Fine-Tune tailpiece.

It's in Very Good Vintage condition, and just has a tiny bit of cosmetic wear in the form of scratches and a few tiny dings here and there. The hardware has aged some over the years, and the frets have a little bit of play wear. Unfortunately, the factory coil-tap switch on the treble horn does not stay in the split position (down). From what we've found, there is no replacement for these switches and they can't be rebuilt. Regardless, this is a great vintage guitar in pretty stellar shape for its age!

Freshly inspected and set up in-house by our esteemed Guitar Tech.

__________________________________________________________________

SPECIFICATIONS:

Gibson Tuners by Schaller

1 11/16” Brass Nut

3-Piece Maple Neck with 24 3/4” Scale Length

Neck Thickness .78" at First Fret and .99" at Twelfth Fret

Ebony Fingerboard with Block Inlays and 12" Radius

22 Large Frets in Very Good Condition

2 Super Humbucking "Tarback" Pickups with CTS Pots (Dates Soldered Over)

Schaller Tune-O-Matic Bridge and TP-6 Fine-Tune Tailpiece

Semi-Hollow Laminate Maple Body in Ebony Finish

Weight 8 lbs. 8 oz.

Hard Shell Case

Serial Number 71629058

__________________________________________________________________

NOTE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we try to represent the condition of all used and vintage guitars as accurately as possible in our listings.
