A good Bigsby replica is hard to come by, and this one is the best of the best. It was hand crafted by renowned Fender Custom Shop founding member and Senior Master Builder Fred Stuart, who dedicated his expertise to faithfully recreating this legendary Bigsby model for his personal collection after his retirement from Fender in 2001. Fred's passion for Bigsby guitars, keen eye, and technical mastery are clearly evident here in details like the hand-engraved hardware and hand-wound pickups, even earning him a Cease and Desist from Gretsch for this build.
This once in a lifetime instrument came to our shop directly from Fred himself (see photo in listing of Will and Fred with the guitar as it exchanged hands!) and now is ready to go directly from us to you.
Freshly inspected and set up in-house by our esteemed Guitar Tech. In Excellent condition with minimal wear for an instrument of this age, including light scratches and other signs of normal handling and use. See below for more details and specifications.

NOTE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we try to represent the condition of all used and vintage guitars as accurately as possible in our listings. Every used guitar shows some signs of play wear and vintage models even more so. We call out all areas of damage or unusual wear, and describe the overall condition based upon what is "normal" for the age of the instrument. Expect to see minor dings, finish checking, or other evidence of normal use and aging which may not be captured by photography or explicitly mentioned in the listing.
We recognize that everyone has their own personal standard of what constitutes acceptable wear and tear. If play wear is especially critical for you, please contact us to ask any questions you may have. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.
